Day Of Infamy Campaign
Insurgency: Sandstorm looks incredible.Insurgency: Sandstorm is one of my most highly-anticipated first-person shooters of 2018.Recently stripped of its single-player campaign, the game is now 100% multiplayer focused. That was probably the right decision for New World Entertainment to make—doubling down on what’s made their previous games so top-notch rather than squandering resources on an expensive campaign. (Note: I’d still love to play a solo campaign made by this team, but I absolutely understand why this has been cut.)In any case, check out this new trailer for the game and tell me it doesn’t look absolutely fantastic. One reason it looks so much better than Insurgency or Day of Infamy is the switch from Valve’s Source Engine to Epic’s Unreal Engine 4.
The difference is simply staggering:We’ll see if the final game looks this good, because man does this look good. Leaps and bounds better than the 2014 original.Some cool things about Sandstorm:. You can play in matches of up to 16 vs 16 players. Vehicles that you can actually drive.
Co-op mode vs. Bots. According to the developer “ Each weapon has unique ballistic calculations that take into account things like bullet drop and penetration power.”. Dynamic gameplay such as the ability to open doors quietly or burst through them; or drop magazines for faster reloads. “ Each map’s size and play areas are adjusted specifically for each game mode” according to the dev. Insurgency: SandstormIf you played the original Insurgency, you’ll know why many of its fans are so hyped for the sequel. It may not actually be a Call of Duty killer, but it’s the kind of hardcore shooter experience that many fans of Counter-Strike and other PC shooters are always looking for.
I’m a big fan of Call of Duty, especially WW2′s return to non-futuristic gameplay. But smaller, hardcore games like this one provide gamers with a nice alternative to AAA and all its loot-box infested shenanigans. Insurgency: Sandstorm looks every bit as good as the first game and Day of Infamy, but with much better graphics. Hopefully it’s as good as it looks.It comes to PC, PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018. World at war, sniper elite games, Company of heroes 1 & 2 are meant to be fantastic strategy world war games.
Brothers in arms hells highway is still decent. Sadly after the huge amount of world war games in the 90's and early 00's. People we're burnt out with the genre.
And now after years of future sci fi warfare abuse from developers. People are itching to get back to the good ol days of gaming. Battlefield 1 hopefully, should, needs to!!!.have a good campaign. Well being dice, one things for sure. It will have hollywood standard scenes so we are in for a blast.I at the minute am about to get into company of heroes 2 myself as I too miss the single player stuff. Usually strategy games aren't my main thing. But watching a couple of videos of it, it looks the part and I am going to force myself to learn it.:).
