No Internet Connection On Chrome

Hi Saikuoo,Welcome to the Google Chrome Help Forum, and thanks for posting!Could you check if this happens if you connect your laptop to any other internet connection? I'd suggest trying the steps below to see if that helps:1. Disable all the Firewall softwares you have installed and then try installing Chrome.2. If the issue persists, then go to the Windows Task Manager and close everything that has to do with Google and Chrome.3. Chrome completely and try Google Chrome which allows you to install Chrome while being offline. Once installed, Chrome gets automatically updated whenever there is a new version available.Keep me posted.Regards,Rochelle.
