Signs don't seem to have any sort of counter even in the Witcher universe, so I'd bet that even the warding trinkets and holy relics that Witch Hunters carry around wouldn't do much to negate them either.If it were the case of all all-out war though, then Witch Hunters would win.

Fatshark’s Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has recently been updated and offers slightly less rigorous challenges for would-be adventures. Update 1.0.5 is available now and adjusts the Power of loot obtained from chest rewards. Veteran difficulty now has loot capped at 300 Power instead of 200 Power and you can now find Veteran items in the General’s Champion, Legend and Emperor’s Champion chests.Hero Power is now scaled depending on the difficulty you play at. On Recruit difficulty, if you’re 200 Power, enemies will be scaled accordingly. Veteran will see enemies scaled to 500 Power if you’re hero Power is between 400 and 600. Thankfully, there’s no cap on hero Power for Champion and Legendary difficulties. Various characters and sub-classes have seen adjustments to their various abilities.

Kerillian’s Waystalker skill Daughter of the Hunt will now activate if she’s above 45 percent health as opposed to 25 percent health. Unfortunately, Kurnous’ Blessing has had an error fixed that was seeing Trueflight Volley returning more ammo than normal. Chest rewards from Veteran difficulties will be capped at 300 Hero Power, up from 200. Veteran item rarities have been changed. You can now receive Veteran items from General’s Champion and Emperor’s Champion chests, as well as any chests obtained from Legend. Their drop rates have also been drastically increased. On Champion and Legendary, your Hero Power isn’t capped at all. On Recruit, Hero Power above 200 will be subject to scaling.
