Welcome to!A subreddit for all of those who love the Total War series. Anyone else have this problem with running Rome on modern PCs? The performance is manageable in battles but the campaign map has an extremely laggy and jerky mouse which makes it hard to click on things.UPDATE: I've found the fix after a lot of searching. No matter how much you try to make it, Rome Total War won't use a Nvidia Graphics Card, and was attempting to use my integrated graphics the entire time. In the folder containing your Total War.exe will fix it and let it use your GPU, which has completely fixed all lag issues.
